Three studies had an observational design (Greene et al, 1994 ; Heyn et al, 2017 ; Terrill et al, 2018 ), one was a randomized controlled trial (RCT) (van Osch et al, 2017 ), and one used mixed methods (Gaucher et al, 2018 ).
