Anthracene Removal by Adsorption and Fenton's Process – A Comparative Study

Abstract: Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), group of structurally related chemicals consisting of aromatic rings with no substitutions form a potent class of environmental pollutants. Removal of PAHs is necessary because it causes carcinogenic and mutagenic effects. Adsorption and Fenton's process is chosen among all the other methods.
