Abstract

ANTIBIOTIC BONE CEMENT PROPHYLAXIS IN JOINT ARTHROPLASTY Deep infection is the most devastating complication following total joint arthroplasty. Antibiotic bone cement prophylaxis is a safe and effective strategy in reducing the risk of deep infection following primary total joint arthroplasty.
