“…ЛПУ Франции ежегодно отчитываются об уровне соответствия действующих в них программ рекомендованным критериям, включая наличие в стационаре специалиста по назначению АМП, локальных рекомендаций по их использованию в лечебных и профилактических целях, ограничительных мер и оценки практики назначения указанной категории препаратов, образовательных программ для персонала и др. С 2010 г. действует система штрафов (до 0,1% бюджета стационара) за сокрытие информации о соответствии указанным критериям от пациентов и общественности [34], что создает дополнительную мотивацию к внедрению и следованию мерам по рациональному использованию АМП. В 2016 г. был одобрен национальный план по борьбе с антимикробной резистентностью, включающий повышение уровня осведомленности о проблеме среди населения и медицинских работников, профилактику инфекционных заболеваний и внедрение программ управления АМТ, исследования, инновации, мониторинг и надзор, а также межведомственное взаимодействие в данной сфере [35].…”
