Anticoagulation in Thrombophilia

Abstract: Thrombophilia is a condition of hypercoagulability, which is defined as an abnormality of blood clotting, disturbing the balance between procoagulants and anticoagulants in favor of the former, thus increasing the risk of thrombosis.
