Antihyperglycemic and cholesterol-lowering potential of dietary fibre from lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus Stapf.)

Abstract: BACKGROUND: The major component of lemongrass by weight is dietary fibre (DF), but no literature has been reported on its DF components and fermentation products when ingested.
