Aortic Valve Replacement with Smaller Prostheses in Elderly Patients: Does Patient Prosthetic Mismatch Affect Outcomes?

Abstract: PPM does not affect survival in this series of elderly patients. We believe that more aggressive surgical procedures are not justified in these patients.
