Abstract:Fever of unknown origin remains a diagnostic challenge. Aortitis, defined as inflammation of the aorta, has multiple infectious and non-infectious causes.<br/> We report the case of an elderly woman with vertigo and bilateral hearing loss, presenting with fever of unknown origin.
