Application Submission of Recommendations for Research and Job Training which is often late hampers students who will carry out Research and Practical Work activities that will be carried out at institutions in Karawang, making students have to spend time visiting the Kesbangpol office where sometimes the completion of the letter is not clear when the completion completed, and also because of the head of the Office's signature problem. The research method used is to use the Waterfall method which in this method includes needs analysis, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. Therefore it is hoped that after the design and recommendation system of a recommendation letter system/tools proposed by the author, it is useful for efficient time for students who will submit a recommendation letter for research and practical work to agencies in Karawang Regency and students do not have to go directly to the Kesbangpol office. Teaching and learning is an activity that is bound by goal directed and carried out specifically to achieve that goal. Because it is very important to seek knowledge for a bright future. Supervision of students by the guardians of the students made the results of their children's achievements not improving. As well as student assessment by the teacher is still not well managed because it is still in the form of a note report. The system method used is the Prototype model. With observation and direct interviews with the student section regarding the assessment system in the school where the author researched. The results of this study are applications that can be operated on an Android Smartphone. This application can provide fast information and update automatically in obtaining information on student learning outcomes.

Melalui Seni dan Budaya, siswa berpeluang untuk meningkatkan potensi kreatif dan kesadaran budaya nusantara yang multikultur. Oleh karena itu kehadiran seni dan budaya ini tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja. Pemberian materi seni dan budaya pada lingkup sekolah dasar menjadi sangat penting dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan wawasan budaya sejak dini. Faktanya yang terjadi pada siswa SD di desa Sodo Pakel Tulungagung adalah rendahnya tradisi literasi sehingga wawasan siswa SD terkait seni dan budaya menjadi sangat terbatas. Kesadaran terkait tradisi literasi ini perlu dibangun diantaranya dengan jalan membaca, menulis, dan selain itu dapat pula dilakukan dengan melakukan aktivitas konkrit berupa pengamatan dan pembacaan langsung atas realitas yang dihadapi siswa. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan wawasan budaya dan seni siswa SD tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pendampingan literasi khususnya terkait budaya dan seni yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi siswa SD di desa Sodo Pakel Tulungagung dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan wawasan siswa SD tersebut terkait budaya dan seni. Metode kegiatan program PkM ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, evaluasi program, dan pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya ketertarikan dari siswa SD di desa Sodo tentang kesenian dan kebudayaan sehingga wawasan siswa terkait budaya dan seni meningkat dari sebelumnya.
