Abstract:Background: The incidence of atypical clinic-radiological presentations of spinal TB is on the upsurge. Lesions that share similar features should be evaluated thoroughly. Tissue diagnosis remains the only foolproof investigation to confirm diagnosis before initiation of treatment.
