Abstract: Introduction: Actinomycosis is an uncommon bacterial infection caused by Actinomyces bacteria that typically progresses slowly and leads to the formation of masses. Although it commonly affects the cervicofacial area, about 20% of cases occur in the abdominopelvic region.
