Appendicular Perforation in Pregnancy

Abstract: In this case study, a third-trimester primigravida faced the rare challenge of a perforated appendix followed by successful perinatal outcome. Despite inconclusive imaging results from ultrasound and MRI, clinical progression guided the diagnosis.
