Speech is considered as the fundamental aspect of communication between human being, speech recognition is stated as the overall process to convert the sound into corresponding text based on a specific language. The implementation of speech recognition has supported individuals, business and others in order to possess better communication and interaction so as to realise its objectives. This been regarded as the process of collating text message or in some form of meaning based on the input received from voice of another individual. The speech analytics is stated as the key part in the speech recognition as it converts the individual voice into digital form so as to store them and transmit it as and when required using computing equipments.The speech synthesis is considered as the reversal of speech recognition as they convert the data from the digitised format into voice which supports the users to listen quickly and easily.The application of speech recognition in organisation is confined in building more interactive virtual assistants, supports the customers in addressing their queries and offer solutions at quick span of time, furthermore organisations can use speech recognition to identify the individuals so that they can access classified information or reset their password etc. The enhanced development in the technology domain has deepened the importance of artificial intelligence in different areas of work and life, The implementation of AI in speech recognition supports the business and individuals in apprehending better services to the stakeholders and perform the task in an efficient manner. Hence, this study is focused in analysing the key determinates of using AI in speech recognition for effective multifunctional Machine learning platform using regression analysis.

In order to achieve automated cleaning of photovoltaic devices in green buildings and reduce the labor intensity of workers, the author has developed a photovoltaic device intelligent cleaning CNC robot intelligent cleaning system. Through the analysis of the use of the green building photovoltaic device, the green building photovoltaic device cleaning robot and its cleaning system are designed according to the environmental situation and the use requirements. This intelligent cleaner system consists of a transmission guidance system, a cleaning system, and a control system, using only one motor to complete the overall action, at the same time, an independent walking mechanism is designed, and the walking wheel system is not in contact with the photovoltaic device, which does not harm the photovoltaic device, at the same time, it can cross two adjacent photovoltaic panels with included angles to achieve the function of cleaning complex photovoltaic panel surfaces for a single device, the cleaning layer design has a diagonal protrusion similar to a spiral output, which can automatically discharge accumulated dust from the cleaning roller while cleaning, providing a certain self-cleaning function, extending the replacement cycle of the cleaning layer, and can be used for both dry and wet purposes. Realize wet cleaning; when the cleaning solution is not used, use the cleaning layer and its surface oblique raised to remove dust, achieve dry cleaning. On the whole, the robot structure is reasonable, simple control process and high degree of automation, which can effectively solve the cleaning problem of green building photovoltaic devices, and can provide effective guarantee for the efficient work of photovoltaic devices.

Virtual Reality and Its Application for Producing TV Programs

This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on the effective application of virtual reality technology in TV program production. To begin, construct the three-dimensional animation system’s overall structure, determine the animation system’s user interface, and establish the three-dimensional animation system for TV program production. Second, software like YOLOv3 and ResNet-50 network is used for identification and facial recognition. Then, the pixel cross-support window is built using the adaptive stereo matching method. The adaptive filter window is built using the horizontal expansion of the cross-support window. For the successful application of virtual reality technology in TV program creation, the aggregation is completed by regional filtering, and the final parallax image is obtained by parallax selection and parallax optimization. This technology has the ability to improve the visual effect and quality of TV programs, increase the amount of information in programs’ content, and shorten the production cycle of the program in the context of the gradual development of science and technology and the new technology period. In comparison to other approaches, simulation experiments demonstrate that the proposed method has the potential to increase the quality and attractiveness of TV programs and meet the psychological demand of viewers.
