Based on the substantiation of the necessity of changes in the management system of the enterprise in order to increase Ukraine's level in international economic ratings, a comprehensive model of the transformation of theoretical and methodological principles of accounting, analysis and audit in the management of foreign economic activity was developed. An approach to the formation of the accounting, analysis and audit principles of the enterprise's foreign economic activity, which takes into account the differentiation of decisions made in the system of management of foreign economic activity, it allows using the environment of the business entity to improve the efficiency of the implementation of foreign economic transactions. The basis of the theoretical and methodological principles of audit in the part of the suggested model of the transformation of the accounting system of transactions of foreign economic activity, which consists of tasks, elements of the method and objects of accounting, which form different processes of the types of foreign economic transactions, and provides increasing of the reliability of accounting information support, as it takes into account the influence of the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The methodical principles of the audit of export and import transactions of enterprises in the part of suggestions for improvement of documentary support, formation of the value of imported goods and reflection on the analytical accounting accounts of export-import transactions with goods, which increases the efficiency and reliability of the formation of responses to information requests of the system of management of foreign economic activity, was developed. The directions of improvement of the organizational and methodical provisions of audit for foreign economic activity of enterprises are grounded, taking into account changes in the tendencies of development of foreign economic activity at the micro and macro levels. The peculiarities of application of internal and external methods of management of currency risks in the system of enterprise accounting as an effective management tool were disclosed. It is reflected as the influence of the external environment in the accounting system and forms information support for users who make decisions on planning and development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The stages of obtaining foreign investments in accounting were substantiated, which promotes the modification of the methodological support of audit of foreign investments as the basis for the formation and improvement of the investment climate.

Stimulation of investment processes in renewable energy sector

The purpose of the article is to assess the pace of capital contribution and investment in solar energy in order to increase the energy security of national economies. The study analyzes the development of the global solar industry for years 2009-2019 in the context of investment support. The main stages of development of world solar energy are marked and the priority of countries and regions is determined. Factors of attractiveness of solar energy for private investment are noted, namely the investment climate is formed at the expense of legislative maintenance of this sphere, and in the economic plan at the expense of introduction of the «green» tariff. Two main investment processes in the development of solar energy are noted. First, these are large private companies that implement large-scale projects from solar stations. Secondly, this small private investment to provide electric for households that identified a small city urbanization and climatic conditions. It was found that the solar energy market depends more on capital intensity than on resource intensity. The result of economic calculation is indicated, which allowed to determine the term of reduction of the cost price of 1 kW of photovoltaic power station electricity to the level of NPP production cost for ten years.

The article discusses the role of sustainable transport systems in competitiveness of Georgian agri-food products. Georgian agri-food products are less competitive on international markets. The country has FTAs with its partners that should make Georgian goods more competitive, at least in terms of price. Transport and logistics is one of the main parts of export, therefore, they have an impact on competitiveness of exported goods. Georgia trades with its neighbour countries, with the EU, China, etc. The EU and China represent huge markets and Georgian government targets to increase export in both directions, but there is a long distance between Georgia and its target markets, therefore it needs a developed transport and logistics system. On the other hand, portions of exported Georgian agri-food products are primary production, which have a shorter lifetime period, that’s why they should be transported in a short period of time, with specific machines. Without development of the transport system it is impossible to achieve sustainable export of agri-food products into Georgia’s target markets. Investments in the system, with tangible strategy and holistic approach can create a sustainable transport system that will increase competitiveness of Georgian agri-food products in international markets.
