Application of D-optimal Mixture Design for Development and Optimization of Olmesartan Medoxomil Loaded SMEDDS

Abstract: Background: Olmesartan medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker antihypertensive drug which has low oral bioavailability because of poor aqueous solubility.
