Application of Deep Pyrosequencing to the Analysis of Soil Microbial Communities in Different Lotus Fields

Abstract: Fusarium oxyporum f. sp. nelumbicola is a very important plant pathogen that can cause lotus Fusarium wilt and lead to vast economic loss in Jiangxi Province, china.
