Abstract:Cutter planning and control are the crucial problems in machining processes. The current literature indicates that the issue of cutter planning and control problem was not adequately researched in the past in a metal-cutting process. Usually, cutter planning and control problems were addressed using different optimization, simulation, and computer-aided planning (CAP) methods. To bridge this knowledge gap, this study proposed a decision support system (DSS) that can integrate fuzzy case-based reasoning (F-CBR)… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
