Application of Mlpa (Multiplex Ligation-Dependent Probe Amplification) in Fetuses With an Abnormal Sonogram and Normal Karyotype

Abstract: Objective/Material and Method: Cryptic chromosomal imbalances contribute significantly to the etiology of multiple congenital anomalies with or without mental retardation (MCA/MR).
