Abstract:In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an assisted reproduction technique that has enabled many couples to achieve parenthood. Despite its benefits, IVF treatments carry risks and complications that can impact the mother's health and the success of the pregnancy, making a systematic evaluation of safety essential.
