Abstract: Aims: The present study analyzed the effects of Saccharomyces boulardii on the biochemical parameters of microbial hindgut metabolism disturbed by clindamycin. Methods: The experiments were carried out under in vitro conditions using the semicontinuous colon-simulation technique.
