Abstract:The process of synthesizing polyurethane (PU) membranes typically involves linking together networks of polymers using organic materials like polyols and isocyanates. Subsequent investigations used additional inorganic substances within PU polymers to enhance the mechanical and thermal characteristics of membranes.
