Recently, technology has witnessed a rapid progress and dominates all aspects of life systematically. Smartphones are devices that users can depend on managing and storing data. Moreover, they are used to save, update and secure the private information of users by using Cloud Storage such as iCloud, Dropbox and Google Drive. This study presents and adjusts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) specifically, perceived ease of use, usefulness, attitude toward usage and behavioral intention. Additionally, the study used Cornbach Alpha Correlation and Regression analysis in public universities, particularly in the University of Sulaimani. The study aims to recognize the major elements that have impact on using cloud storage and to what extent the user depends on electronic devices in the academic field and to identify the factors and crucial effect on the users to use electronic device easily, improve their capability and attract to use the specific technology. The results of this study confirmed that some TAM constructs direct and indirect effect on university academics, employees and students' behavioral intention to use cloud storage (Dropbox, iCloud and Google drive). However, the results regression analysis shows whenever users used the cloud storage easily perceived usefulness decreased the performance of job consequently. On the other hand, it went up the desirability to use the specific technology and own conscious scheme to execute for future.

This contribution provides an overview of cloud governance aspects based on a representative survey of trends in the perception, assessment and adoption of Cloud Computing within the enterprise. The survey was conducted through a two-fold research approach and combined a meta-study of existing and published empirical studies with an own empirical study within a representative group of European and International enterprises. We consider governance through the prism of adoption drivers and focus on the role of cloud brokers and cloud marketplaces more specifically.

In this paper, the authors analyze approaches for addressing sustainability in established IT-Governance frameworks. Such frameworks are considered to be a powerful tool for ensuring compliance and proper IT operation in modern organizations. The authors assume that – in the context of the seismic changes in IT provisioning and usage that current trends such as Cloud Computing and Hybrid Computing are causing – there are potentials in them to improve sustainability of organizations' operations at both IT and business level too. The analysis is conducted in a holistic way, taking into account organizational and process aspects, sustainability of resource usage, IT-related aspects, as well as incorporating the view of the overall IT-Governance. The presented case study within a mid-sized German enterprise provides a corroboration of the proposed approach by measures for both its feasibility and effectiveness.
