Applying the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach for Lawyer Selection from Law Firms’ Perspective in China

Abstract: This study proposes a novel evaluation model for lawyer selection incorporating the lawyer’s backbone leadership attitude employing the hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach.
