Approaches to Interchain Cysteine-Linked ADC Characterization by Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Therapeutic antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) harness the cell-killing potential of cytotoxic agents and the tumor targeting specificity of monoclonal antibodies to selectively kill tumor cells.
