Public administration research is constantly challenged to reflect on the complex relations between administration and democracy. The national and international reemergence of far right political forces, which use democratic ground rules as tools against classic liberal democracy, poses additional theoretical and epistemological challenges to the field. Which knowledge production challenges and perspectives appear in the field of administration, especially regarding the articulation between management models and democracy, considering society projects and development models? Such a debate requires mobilizing critical knowledge, redesigning study subjects, reframing participation, deepening the interdisciplinary character of research, and clarifying the political dimensions of the relationship between res publica and democracy.

Resumo: Um fato inédito na história foi marcado por um microrganismo que repercutiu em escala global, o coronavírus (Covid-19), no início de 2020, que alterou toda rotina do universo, seja das pessoas, das instituições de ensino e/ou das organizações que não tiveram tempo de se planejarem para o enfrentamento da pandemia. Diante desse cenário, a gestão organizacional recorreu a tecnologia como alternativa inovadora para a sobrevivência em meio aos impactos da pandemia, nunca se falou tanto em serviços delivery, treaming, trabalho home office, hibrido e remoto. O objetivo deste estudo consiste em apontar a eficácia da tecnologia enquanto ferramenta de gestão organizacional e analisar os impactos do isolamento social compreendidos às organizações durante a pandemia. O estudo teve como pergunta norteadora: saber qual foi a resiliência das organizações diante da pandemia de Covid-19? A metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão bibliográfica com base em estudos já publicados e disponíveis em sites como Scielo e Google Acadêmico. Ressalva-se para a dificuldade de material didático sobre a nova realidade dos impactos organizacionais pós-pandemia. A contribuição deste, permite indicar que a Covid-19 é uma doença recente que mudou a rotina das organizações com a perspectiva ainda incerta, embora a tecnologia perpetua sobre as organizações visando a otimização de produção e mercado promissor.Palavras chave: Pandemia. Gestão Organizacional Abstract: An unprecedented event in history was marked by a microorganism that had repercussions on a global scale, the coronavirus (Covid-19), in early 2020, which changed the entire routine of the universe, whether of people, educational institutions and/or organizations that They didn't have time to plan to face the pandemic. Faced with this scenario, organizational management resorted to technology as an innovative alternative for survival amid the impacts of the pandemic, there has never been so much talk about delivery, treaming, home office, hybrid and remote services. The objective of this study is to point out the effectiveness of technology as an organizational management tool and to analyze the impacts of social isolation understood by organizations during the pandemic. The study had as a guiding question: to know what was the resilience of organizations in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic? The methodology used was a literature review based on studies already published and available on sites such as Scielo and Google Scholar. It is noted the difficulty of teaching material on the new reality of post-pandemic organizational impacts. This contribution allows us to indicate that Covid-19 is a recent disease that has changed the routine of organizations with the perspective still uncertain, although technology perpetuates on organizations aiming at optimizing production and promising market.Keywords: Pandemic.
