Abstract:The construction of a fluorescence aptamer sensor was achieved by employing the fundamental principle of fluorescence resonance energy transfer. By employing molecular modeling technologies to identify the binding site, the high‐affinity aptamer APT‐40nt was derived from the whole sequence and utilized on the graphene oxide (GO) fluorescent platform for the purpose of achieving a highly sensitive detection of methamphetamine (METH). The aptamer tagged with fluorescein (FAM) dye undergoes quenching in the prese… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
