Are all the polyps in the stomach the same?

Abstract: The article presents a clinical case of a 38-year-old patient with revealed polyps of the stomach body and iron deficiency anemia on the background of chronic atrophic gastritis. On the example of this observation, variants of the course were demonstrated, including endoscopic and histological manifestations of autoimmune (atrophic corpus) gastritis (AIG).
