Armazenamento refrigerado de melão Orange Flesh

Abstract: A vida útil pós-colheita de melões Orange Flesh tipo Honey Dew genótipo 'AF-1749' foi avaliada, estudando-se características visuais, físicas e físico-químicas dos frutos em pós-colheita em ensaio conduzido na Escola Superior de Agricultura de Mossoró (RN), Brasil.
