Abstract:The clinical outcome of revision surgery for the failed Bankart repair is not well known. The purpose of this case study is to report the success rates achieved in two cases using arthroscopic techniques to revise failed open Bankart repairs. Both patients showed significant improvements in terms of shoulder stability and function at post-arthroscopic revision with no recurrences on follow-up.
