Abstract:Satellite SAR interferometry estimates terrain elevation by comparing two complex SAR images collected from separate passes over common ground. We have implemented prototype software to perform satellite interferometry. Two raw SEASAT data sets from Northern Canada were used to test the software. This data presents an example of SAR interferometry in a northern area and also demonstrates the sensitivity of interferogram phase to the conditions of the underlying data. Complications to our analysis were introduc… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
