Abstract:Abdominal sonograms on seven patients with asplenia syndrome and six patients with polysplenia syndrome were retrospectively reviewed. All seven patients with asplenia had a horizontal symmetric configuration of the liver, and three patients had the cardiac apex opposite the stomach.
