Assessing Legislative Innovation and its Impact on Corruption Control and Constitutional Rights: Advancements and Setbacks

Abstract: The study aims to analyze the advancements and setbacks resulting from the brazilian legislative innovation proposed in 2019 through Law No. 13.964, or whether there have been advancements and setbacks.
