Abstract:We read with great interest the study by Shao et al., which investigated the risk factors for COVID-19 pneumonia in Chinese patients with pre-existing interstitial lung disease (ILD). 1 According to this study, being male and using corticosteroids were associated with a higher risk of COVID-19 pneumonia.
