Abstract:This study aimed to assess the efficacy of human amniotic membranes (HAM) in treating venous and diabetic ulcers, which often pose challenges in healing. A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted, evaluating 10 relevant studies involving 633 participants. Findings revealed that HAM treatment significantly accelerated ulcer closure, demonstrating over 90% complete healing compared to standard care.
