Assessing the State of Structural Foundations in Permafrost Regions by Means of Acoustic Testing

Abstract: About 60% of the territory of the Russian Federation is covered by permafrost. Additionally, a large share of the country’s mineral and hydrocarbon deposits are located in the Arctic.
