Abstract: This study investigates the association between polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) exposure, red blood cell distribution width (RDW), and ischemic heart disease (IHD) in a sample of 3003 participants from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
