Association between reversine dose and increased plasticity of dedifferentiated fat (DFAT cells) into cardiac derived cells

Abstract: Analyzovat souvislost mezi podáním reversinu a zvýšenou plasticitou buněk DFAT schopných dělení na různé typy buněk. Metoda: Vykultivované buňky DFAT byly rozděleny do čtyř skupin podle dávky reversinu: na kontrolní (bez reversinu) skupinu a na skupiny s aplikací reversinu v dávkách 10 nM, 20 nM a 40 nM.
