Asymptotics for the potential in a periodic network with localized defects

Abstract

We consider a network of conductors built on the lattice hZ 2 and study how the potential is affected by a localized interior defect. We derive an asymptotic expansion of the difference between the potential of the perturbed network and that of an ideal, defect-free network.
