Adult survivors of the atrial switch operation contend with a multitude of complications, including systemic and pulmonary venous baffle obstruction, baffle leak, arrhythmia, and failure of the systemic right ventricle.
Hybrid or intravascular interventions may be indicated for baffle obstruction, baffle leak, pacing lead revision, and clinical symptoms.
