Abstract: The aim of this study was to compare bone augmentation height and mechanical strength after implantation of tetrapod-shaped granular artificial bone (Tetrabone® [TB]), hydroxyapatite granules [HA], -tricalcium phosphate paste [P ] or autogenous onlay bone grafts (veneer graft [VN]).
