Autism is a disorder of neurobiological origin that originates a different course in the development of verbal and nonverbal communication, social interactions, the flexibility of behavior, and interests. The results obtained offer relevant information to reflect on the practices currently used in assessing the development of children and the detection of ASD and suggest the need to strengthen the training of health professionals in aspects such as psychology and developmental disorders. This study, based on genuine and current facts, used data from 292 children with an autism spectrum disorder. The input dataset has 20 characteristics, and the output dataset has one attribute. The output property indicates whether or not a certain person has autism. The research study first and foremost performed data pretreatment activities such as filling in missing data gaps in the data collection, digitizing categorical data, and normalizing. The features were then clustered using k -means and x -means clustering methods, then artificial neural networks and a linguistic strong neurofuzzy classifier were used to classify them. The outcomes of each strategy were examined, and their respective performances were compared.

Background Dental care is widely acknowledged as one of the most significant challenges facing individuals with disabilities. These patients cannot care for themselves and more attention should be paid to these individuals, particularly in oral health care. Aim of the Study This research investigates the knowledge and expertise of the dentists at Ajman University regarding the treatment of individuals with disabilities and the factors influencing their ability to treat these patients in private practice. Materials and Methods Methods included a descriptive cross-sectional survey employing 18 fixed-choice questions administered to a representative sample of 150 dentists working in the Ajman University area (Both Ajman and Fujairah campuses). Results Most participants admitted to a lack of ideal expertise in working with individuals with disability. However, being in the minority, such individuals have acceptable experience to provide the first line treatment. Conclusion The vast majority of participants expressed limitations with their training and limitations with an advanced level of care for this popular one. Other factors influencing the treatment of individuals with disabilities included the time it takes to treat the patients, inability to communicate with such patients, lack of patient collaboration, fear of causing harm to the patient and auxiliary staff and diminished patient compliance.

Background : Autism is one of the fastest spreading neuro-developmental disorders in the worldwide.Children with Autism spectrum disorder may be risk of suboptimal development which leads to increases morbidity, poor physical activity and performances. The aim of present study was to compare nutritional status between children with Autism spectrum disorder and normal children of Bangladesh. Materials and methods: It was cross-sectional and observational study. The study population was Group A consists of 100 normal Bangladeshi children and Group B consists of 100 Bangladeshi children with Autism spectrum disorder, aged between 02 and 18 years collected by convenient sampling. Height, weight, triceps skin fold thickness, suprailiac skin fold thickness and Body Mass Index (BMI) were analyzed. Results: Children with autism spectrum disorder had statistically significant lower height and weight; thicker triceps and suprailiac skin fold, were mostly under weight as compared to normal children. Conclusion: The results of this study provide the baseline information about nutritional status of normal children and children with autism spectrum disorder in Bangladesh which will help to monitor nutritional growth of children.
