Abstract: Anti-IgLON5 disease is an autoimmunity/neurodegeneration overlap disorder in which autoantibodies (AABs) against the neuronal cell surface protein IgLON5 lead to profound brain dysfunction. Brains of patients show Tau pathology, neuroinflammation, and neurodegeneration in multiple brain regions.
