Abstract:Holonomic mobile micromanipulators driven by piezoelectric actuators offer precision and compact design. However, attaining both high speed and positioning repeatability with sufficient load capacity poses challenges, given that lightweight robots are susceptible to nonuniform driving surfaces and external forces.
