Automation within the ISR Collection Management domain

Abstract: The paper discusses solutions for automation of the Collection Management (CM) process in the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) domain. The formulation of the problem follows methodologies developed in the artificial intelligence domain. An automated planning solution can significantly reduce the time required to assign collection assets to requirements and can better support the users by presenting alternative plans.
