Automutilação de dedos e lábio em paciente esquizofrênico

Abstract: ResumoContexto: Episódios de automutilação grave são raramente observados na prática psiquiá-trica. Ocorrem principalmente em pacientes psicóticos, sendo o principal diagnóstico a esquizofrenia. As regiões mais comumente automutiladas são o pênis e os olhos.
