Abstract:A 68-year-old man developed hallucinations following baclofen withdrawal. The man, who had refractory gastrooesophageal reflux disease (GERD), received increasing baclofen [dosage and route not stated] to supplement lower oesophageal tone, as well as erythromycin, ursodiol and metoclopramide.
