Abstract:Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is most common ligament injured in knee. Sometimes, these are tibial side avulsions, leading to anterior knee impingement and instability. Multiple arthroscopic techniques have been described ranging from screw, staple, and k-wire fixation.
