Abstract:MÖNCH is a hybrid pixel detector featuring 25 µm pixel pitch and analogue readout for X-ray imaging at synchrotron radiation (SR) facilities. Sub-pixel spatial resolution has been demonstrated using charge sharing and interpolation algorithms.
