Balanço De Radiação Em Áreas De Expansão Agrícola No Sudoeste Do Piauí

Evapotranspiration is an important process for nature and for human activities that involve the soil-plant-atmosphere complex, and knowledge about the topic of evapotranspiration is crucial. The MATOPIBA region occupies areas of the states of Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí and Bahia and occupies a significant part of the Cerrado region. Currently, this region has been undergoing major changes in its vegetation cover caused by the opening of areas for the implementation of agricultural crops. In this sense, the objective of this review was to discuss the topic of evapotranspiration and native vegetation of the Cerrado, as well as to present the importance of remote sensing for estimating evapotranspiration and monitoring changes in land use and cover in the Cerrado. It can be seen how important the natural vegetation of a region is, showing its importance in the most different environmental spheres, being fundamental for the hydrological cycle and other environmental processes. In this sense, deforestation actions are too harmful to the natural environment, contributing to damages related to local and regional fauna, flora and hydrology. Atualmente, essa região vem passando por grandes mudanças em sua cobertura vegetal ocasionadas pela abertura de áreas para a implantação de culturas agrícolas. Nesse sentido, objetivou-se com a presente revisão discorrer sobre o tema evapotranspiração e vegetação nativa do Cerrado, bem como apresentar a importância do sensoriamento remoto para as estimativas de evapotranspiração e no acompanhamento das mudanças de uso e cobertura dos solos do Cerrado. Vê-se quão importante é a vegetação natural de uma região, evidenciando sua importância nas mais diferentes esferas ambientais, sendo fundamental para o ciclo hidrológico e demais processos ambientais. Nesse sentido, ações de desmatamento são demasiado prejudiciais ao ambiente natural contribuindo para prejuízos relativos à fauna, à flora e à hidrologia locais e regionais. Nesse cenário, faz-se necessária e fundamental a realização de ações que visem conter e reduzir o desmatamento.Palavras-chave: Cerrado, Mapbiomas, Desmatamento, Elementos meteorológicos.

The objective of this work was to characterize the fractionation of Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) and its interaction with the vegetation cover of a portion of Seasonally Dry Tropical Forest at the end of the rainy season in Northeast Brazil. The leaf area index was correlated with each component of the PAR radiation balance to find the best fit models. Second-order polynomial models were used to identify the relationship between the PAR components and the LAI. It was observed that the fractionation of the PAR radiation reflected, absorbed, transmitted, and reflected by the soil and absorbed by the canopy varied according to the class of use and vegetation cover. Besides, as the density of vegetation increased, there was a decrease in the PAR transmitted and reflected, and an increase in the PAR absorbed and, in the PAR, reflected by the soil and absorbed by the canopy, on all the analyzed dates. It was also found that vegetated areas showed greater use of PAR radiation compared to other areas such as urban infrastructure. The vegetation of the São Francisco Valley has great heterogeneity and, consequently, there is a complex relationship with the distribution of photosynthetically active radiation on the surface.

Knowing of the Net Radiation dynamic is crucial to determine the exchanges of energy that happen in the surface-atmosphere system. This research aimed to study the net radiation components dynamic pattern above a Caatinga vegetation. The study was carried out in a Caatinga vegetation area in the Mourão Farm (09º42,664’ S; 37º25,008’ W ; 165m) in Pão de Acúcar municipality, State of Alagoas, Northestern of Brazil. To carry out the micrometeorological monitoring a 6.5m height tower was installed throughout period from April/2019 to October/2020, in which the incoming solar radiation (Rg), reflected solar radiation (Rr), atmospheric long wave radiation and surface long wave radiation were measured by a CNR1 of Kipp e Zonen (Delft, Holanda) net radiometer. The hourly, daily and seasonal oscillation for each component of the net radiation were evaluated. The atmosphere had shown 66.47% partly cloudy through the experimental year. The values of albedo have shown small variation of its daily monthly average values among the dry and wet season. The Rn was estimated from Rg with good accuracy regardless of the year period. The Rn was dominated by the Rg, but had presented seasonal: higher during the dry season and lower in the wet season. The seasonal variation of the short wave components (Rg, Rr, BOC) depend on the atmospheric transmissivity and less from the surface albedo, meanwhile the long waves (Ra, Rs and BOL) depend on the effective emissivity of the atmosphere and the soil temperature (Rs).
