Balloon glove hand supportWe have read with interest about a variety of uses for the humble glove [1, 2], and would like to report a further use. A partially inflated, sealed glove (Fig. 1a) makes a readily available, cheap, single-use hand support during surgery (Fig. 1b). The use of appropriately sized gloves and different inflation volumes allows for optimal positioning and pressure care.
